Ripon Electric regularly sponsors safety programs and certifications for all employees because we make safety a priority. In fact, in 2013 the percent of our jobs completed without OSHA recordable injury was 100%. All of our electricians are required to have current certification in:

• Arc Flash/Arc Blast Awareness and Electrical Safe Practices - OSHA 29 CFR 1910.332 subpart S and NFPA70E “Standard for Electrical Safety in the Workplace.” (Our electricians are also equipped with Arc Flash Compliant clothing and tools).

• Bloodborne Pathogens - OSHA 29 CFR 1910.1030

• OSHA Lockout/Tagout - Control of Hazardous Energy Certification

• Confined Space Entry - OSHA 29 CFR 1910.146

• Scissor Lift Safety - OSHA 29 CFR 1926.452(w) Subpart L

• Personal Protective Equipment - OSHA 29 CFR 1910.132-1910.138

• Construction Fall protection - OSHA 29 CFR 1926 Subpart M
